8 things on wish list:

See previous list!
1. Midland step-child will find something better to do then come here the weekend after Christmas

You know that I was homeschooling mine, but they are about to finish their first semester in Public School and they all love it!!! So do I!! Yeah!! So, I am curious... why did you say you would not "do that again?" did you not like homeschooling?? Yes I am nosy... but I am bored... and I guess a very nosy person!! ha ha

Hi Jennifer! I just lived in a very small town, went to a even smaller church, and grew up very lonely. I didn't really have friends my age until I moved here when I was 19. I also sometimes wonder if I really have the education, especially in the areas such as math, and the sciences. I didn't have any math higher than Algebra. So where are your kids? I'll have to find your blog, it was good to hear from you!

Hi... Oh, I understand being lonely. This is one of the main reasons they wanted to go to school, especially my 13yo son. All of his close friends moved, and it was hard to connect to "normal" homeschoolers... I hope that did not sound too rude?? Anyway, my 12 and 13yo are at JT Hutchinson Middle School and my 9yo is at Murfee. They love it. They hate the homework, cause we are used to being done by 3pm... with no homework. But the positives of school far outway homeschool at this point. One being, that I am able to actually give Aiden and Aspen the attention they deserve! Aiden has caught up with Aspen in size. They almost look like twins now.

Math and Science can be easy to get behind in with homeschooling. I know several homeschooler who don't take this seriously. I, was probably to big of a stickler. The older ones placed in the pre-AP classes and are making straight A's.

I need to be more diligent with updating my blog!! My blog address is www.quiveroffive.blogspot.com
Good to hear from you!!
